Первое, что хочу отметить, - самый лучший и вежливый курьер) никогда по заказам никаких нареканий не было, но вот сегодня, к сожалению, случился неприятный момент - заказала один товар, прислали подобный, но другой, о замене не уведомили. Написала в онлайн чат, некий консультант Владимир ответил, что поставщики сменили штрихкод, а они об этом не знали. Спросил, буду ли менять, но для меня это было неудобно. Никакого другого выхода из ситуации, например скидки на следующий заказ, не предложил. Даже извинений не последовало, а это все-таки ошибка магазина. Советую руководству проработать этот момент с консультантами, больше уделить внимания этике общения с покупателями и клиентоориентированности.

В ситуации с карантином и коронавирусом ваш курьер приехал и голыми руками передал пакет. Когда уже все службы доставки подстроились и у всех курьеры в перчатках! Вы единственные у кого приехал без перчаток. Позвонила оператору сообщила об этом, оператор сказала что всем курьерам выдали перчатки. Объясните своим сотрудникам ещё раз о необходимости носить перчатки разъезжая по квартирам и нажимая кнопки лифтов как минимум голыми руками.
