По началу периодически делал крупные тиражи визиток, всё было готово через 3 дня. Затем, в 2017-2018 годах началась волокита по 5-7 дней! Сначала исчезли удобные пункты выдачи в Подмосковье (не считая отдалённых смежных городов). Затем заказы стали расстягивать на недели и больше. Причём, когда оплату не вносишь вперёд, то цена на 150 руб. дороже при получении, но компания старается успеть, пока клиент не передумал. А когда оплата внесена, тут начинаются круги Ада и никто не торопится, клиент уже на крючке! При звонке в офис выясняется, что в типографии практикуют сборные тиражи (это когда ждут поступление аналогичных заказов и тогда начинают всё вместе печатать). Но на сайте ИРМ1 никакой инфы об этом нет. А кому оно надо ждать, пока ещё кто-то соберётся что-либо печатать? Мы, к примеру, фотосалоны и работаем на своих клиентов, которые так же бьют копытом и с нас спрашивают задержки сроков! Из-за ИРМ1 страдает репутация других. Последний мой финальный прощальный заказ № 60059 и на этом ставлю жирную точку! Сейчас подобных компаний "оперативной полиграфии" на каждой улице. Не умеете работать - сидите и не создавайте агрессивную рекламу с рассылками, что вы всемогущие.

Купился на рекламу отпечатаем визитки за 15 минут.Оставил он лайн заказ и сразу оплатил в интернете. Молчание уже 5 дней. Пытался писать на сайте отфутболили по телефонному адресу. А там на вопрос о сроках сказали " Ну у вас же он лайн заказ, Поэтому справки в личном кабинете". В личном кабинете никаких данных о сроках нет.Уже начинает напрягать..

Отвечают на письма минимум через два дня! Элементарно переделать макет, который занимает 15 минут, они переделывали ... внимание ... 2 недели! Я уже успела получить другие визитки и забыть про этот ИРМ-1, и вдруг от них письмо, что макеты готовы! Потрясающе просто!)
