Если я записываюсь по времени на платный приём, я хочу приехать и зайти в Кабинет врача вовремя или максимум с минимальным ожиданием. Но не через полтора часа после назначенного времени! Вы берёте приличные деньги и должны предоставить хотя бы минимальный сервис! У людей свои планы, работа и дела. Лично для меня такое длительное ожидание это большой сбой в планах! Если не справляетесь, записывайте меньше людей! А то деньги за приём вы берёте заранее, а обеспечить нормальное обслуживание не можете! Мое ожидание составило 1 час 25 минут! Это недопустимо! Запись была к ревматологу.
