Левые телефоны. По гарантии не делают. Держат у себя более 45 суток, потом говорят "сорян, вы сами его сломали" и тд. Можно покупать у них гаджеты для врагов. Еще у них ИП на персонажа, которого даже судебные приставы найти не могут(!). Если не изменили.

Пишу отзыв спустя пол года после приобретения телефона Xiaomi redmi 5, первые 2 недели использования телефон вел себя нормально, лишь иногда выдавал ошибки различных приложений. Через 2 недели впервые ушел в циклическую перезагрузку и его пришлось везти в сервис для гарантийного ремонта, после перепрошивки аппарат так же выдавал ошибки приложений и уходил в перезагрузку но включался, в сервисе сказали что ничего страшного и когда выйдет обновление прошивки все ошибки уйдут, но это не произошло. Через пол года телефон вновь ушел в циклическую перезагрузку. В гарантийном сервисе, который продержал телефон практически месяц после скандала и угрозы с моей стороны что я буду писать претензию выдали заключение что у телефона механическое повреждение микросхемы памяти и в гарантийном ремонте отказали. Как можно умышленно повредить микросхему которая находится в материнской плате???? Все сервисы, в которые я обращалась для диагностики с уверенностью утверждают что телефон изначально был бракованный и в результате эксплуатации микросхема сгорела. Магазин отказался признавать брак. Отдавать за официальную экспертизу телефона 5 тысяч при его стоимости 9 не вижу смысла. В итоге имею в наличии труп телефона без возможности восстановления. О сервисном центре в который направляют по гарантии хочется сказать отдельно, отвратительный сервис, хамят, сроки которые указывают в акте о приемке аппарата для них пустой звук. Меня кормили завтраками 3 недели. Если почитать отзывы о гарантийном ремонте техники в Сервистном центре Мобилон, то они все отрицательные, зря я не прочитала их до приобретения телефона. Резюмируя все выше написанное, не рекомендую покупать технику в магазине, что бы не оказаться в моей ситуации. Спасибо за внимание.
