1. На дисплее постоянно показывает открытую заднюю дверь, косяк магнитолы (диагностика в сервисе Mercedes показала, что у автомобиля нет проблем) на претензию мне сказали - а вас это слишком парит? можно определить открытую дверь по салонному освещению 2. Плохой прием GPS (по результатам экспериментов установщика устойчивого приема добиться не удалось, в следствии чего проблемы с навигацией) 3. При подключении через AUX идет фон (слышно работу двигателя) 4. Не возможна корректная работа приложений, а именно Билай ТВ и ОККО установка возможна из Play Market, но просмотр не возможен из-за того, что устройство не может расшифровать видеопоток, со слов службы поддержки проблема с drm digital raid menedgment как я понял инструменты управления цифровыми правами (DRM) 5. Практически полно отсутствие технической поддержки устройства, техник полный ноль, не разбирается даже в интерфейсе устройства, не знает установленное программное обеспечение, элементарно интернет настроить не может, установщик больше понимает! (предложение ждать Китайцев, когда они отпразднуют НГ и наладят мое устройство) 6. Громкая связь ужасного качества, как микрофон, так и динамик, сразу отключил пользуюсь штатной. Написал претензию с требованием вернуть средства, и забрать свое устройство в ответ получил бредовую отписку. Суть этого ответа, что они не за что не отвечают, во всем виноваты Китайцы, а что приложения из плей маркет будут работать они и не обещали. По итогу купил себе за 41.900 руб. + 6.000 руб. установка, устройство на котором ничего не работает, одним словом, это просто монитор. Не кому не советую покупать устройства IQ NAVI, особенно тут: Офис и пункт самовывоза в Москве 1-й Нагатинский пр-д, д. 15 офис 1 (4 этаж) ИП Максименко Сергей Вячеславович
