Я сама в прошлом работала в банковской сфере, хорошо понимала, что меня ждет. На текущем месте работы официальный оклад маленький, мне бы с ним или не одобрили ипотеку, или ставку бы загнули высоко, даже если по форме банка подаваться. Поэтому сразу пошла к брокеру, помогли разрулить, в итоге ставка приемлемая вышла.

Самостоятельно не решились подавать документы на рефинансирование ипотеки, оформляли с привлечением брокера. Удалось получить на порядок лучшие условия, чем были по старой ипотеке. Попутно рассказали про всякие тонкости и хитрости, так что теперь мы намного лучше разбираемся в ипотечных делах.
