Оставили заявку на подключение частного дома. Обещали в течение недели озвучить стоимость (!). Недели!! В итоге неделя прошла, обратной связи нет. После очередного звонка, обещали связаться день в день, но увы и тут обманули. В общей сложности ожидаем 2 недели хоть какого-проявлерия заинтересованности и клиенториентированности, которые напрочь отсутствуют. При этом подключение частного дома не дешевое удовольствие. 14 дней на озвучивание стоимости ... не каждый поставщик услуг может такое себе позволить. Страшно представить, сколько происходит подключение. Полгода?))) Подход к клиентам данной шарашкиной конторы загадочный, конечно... радуюсь, что все же не стали их абонентами! Есть возможность - выбирайте других!

хуже провайдера не видел, интернет не работает практически никогда. живу в частном секторе, альтернативы нет. отдал этим п...ам за подключение 18000 в 2015 г. инфолайн с модемом в начале 2000-х работал стабильнее. все положительные отзывы здесь написаны сотрудниками компании. единственный плюс дети практически не играют в онлайн игры, потому что это практически не возможно. торренты качаю на работе на скорости 10мб, мне так спокойнее, берегу нервы. звонить в службу поддержки бесполезно. помимо нестабильной работы, постоянные аварии на линии. для сомневающихся, зайдите на страницу поддержки в контакте и попробуйте найти хорошие отзывы там. заодно получите полное представление о работе этой шараги поставил одну звезду, поскольку яндекс не предлагает поставить ноль. по большому счету им и одной много.
