Оплаченный заказ оплатил с карты на карту прождал 2 месяца, хотя сказали,что в наличии. Раз 10 обещали перезвонить и не перезвонили. А сейчас вообще не идут на контакт. Не связывайтесь-это мошенники вас обманут!

Заказал набор инструментов в пятницу, договорились, что курьер привезет в понедельник-вторник, товар не приехал. Во вторник вечером позвонил менеджеру, поинтересоваться, почему не привезли, на что он сказал,что через 10 минут перезвонит, свяжется с курьером. Через 30 минут сам перезваниваю,получаю ответ,что до курьера не дозвонились, попросил перезвонить,как только свяжется. В итоге прошло два дня, тишина. Очень странное поведение конечно...

Шарага, на телефон отвечают только первый раз. При возникновении вопросов и проблем ставят в ожидание или скидывают. Общаются только через чат и почту. Обещают перезвонить "через 5 минут", но не перезванивают ни через 5, ни через 30, ни через час. Согласованные сроки поставки срывают и назначают новые без согласования с покупателем. Не теряйте время и нервы в этой конторе-перекупе, никакого склада у них нет, они покупают у других и продают вам.

Это шарашкина контора! который день пытаюсь дозвониться до них, игнорируют как хотят, директор вообще на связь не выходит, ставят в ожидание а потом и вовсе скидывают и после этого не поднимают трубку вообще!!!
