Толпы народу, зона ожидания узкая и не рассчитана на такой поток, все ютятся как кильки в банке. Администратор с утра всегда один и нерасторопный ,хотя кресла два на ресепшн. Место похоже на франшизу, а не оригинал, в оригинальных лабораториях всегда два администратора и скорость обслуживания нормальная.

Не точные анализы.Всегда что-то завышено ,а по факту ,при пересдачи в других лабораториях все норм .Непонятно почему в инвитро так .Не первый раз попадали на это .Теперь не ходим

Начну с того что медсестра, которая брала кровь, общается в худших традициях бюджетных клиник... Сдавал анализ крови сегодня и чтобы долго не ждать, решил доплатить за срочность. Сказали что анализ будет готов до 12:00 08.05.2020. Время уже почти 17:00 и заказ не готов. В личном кабинете пропала информация по статусу заказа, служба поддержки заказ найти не может. Уровень сервиса ниже плинтуса... UPD: Результаты пришли с большой задержкой. Пол для клиента с именем Сергей поставили женский))) и сравнивали с женскими референсными значениями. Абсолютный пофигизм и и хамское общение.
