21.01.2023 был выезд докторов с Кемерово на консультацию! Они опоздали, при чем уведомили сотрудников инвитро о задержке еще в 9 утра !!! Что мешало обзовонить пациентов и предупредить, что прием будет отложен по времени!!! Почему я должна сидеть ждать в вашем офисе, хотя если бы предупредили могла подьехать попозже! По итогу сумма за прием таже, в очереди 1:30 потеряла своего времени, на весь день все планы сорваны! Ужасно все контакты есть можно было позвонить больному человеку очень тяжело ждать время приема, поэтому не хочется еще и платить за мучительное время ожидания!!!!

Сдавала кровь из вены. Очень вежливый персонал, спросили как себя чувствую и как переношу взятие крови, взяли безболезненно, без синяков. Результат готов на следующий день.
