Обращался в данную клинику для сдачи анализов перед медосмотром. Записали на анализы быстро и без очереди. Кровь взяли так, что даже не заметил. Данную клинику рекомендую. Если нужно будет, то приду опять сюда.

Посадите третьего администратора , смысл к вам ходить ??? Если все равно стоишь очередь в 7 человек как в поликлинике городской!!!! Деньги платятся , чтобы время сэкономить, а не в очереди постоять. Что с маленьким ребенком прихожу отстаиваю очередь, что когда одна такую же очередь стою. Автомат с подарками для детей отдельная история)))) Вы его своевременно заполняйте игрушками, а то ребёнок весь в соплях и слезах после взятия анализа стоит ждёт подарок , а там не выпадает шар, ребёнок еще больше орать начинает!!!! Спасибо девушке медсестре , подошла и достала шарик с сюрпризом.

Светлана, мы ценим каждый отзыв и прислушиваемся ко всем замечаниям. Как правило, установленное время оформления 1 пациента в наших офисах – 6 - 7 минут, а наличие очередей чаще всего связано с тем, что наиболее необходимые нашим пациентам исследования требуют предварительной подготовки, чаще всего необходимо соблюдать тощаковый период, т.е. воздерживаться от приема пищи от 8 часов и более. Соответственно, большинство пациентов приходят примерно в одно время, из-за чего действительно может возникнуть очередь. Информация в отношении подарков и ожидания доведена до сведения руководства офиса для улучшения качества обслуживания. С уважением, ИНВИТРО.
