Во-первых, я принесла им купон, в котором сумма заказа не указана, а оказалось, что он от 5 тыс. На мой вопрос:откуда я должна была это узнать? - разводят руками. Купон соответственно не приняли Во-вторых, я два раза звонила на горячую линию и мне дважды сказали, что я могу привезти анализы вечером. Но когда я приехала в отделение, которое было в 40 минутах езды, мне сказали, что нельзя В-третьих, сам факт того, что я не могу сдать анализ, мне сказали уже после оплаты Получается ни денег, ни результатов на данный момент нет Некомпетентные сотрудники что в отделении, что на горячей линии
