Хамское общение по телефону. Специалисты неквалифицированы, по любому вопросу приходится ждать ответа, общение фразами "что непонятно?" с клиентом. Внятной информации получить не получится.

Быстро, вежливо. Центр не большой, но, как и все отделения Инвитро, чистый и располагающий. Кровь берут так, что не замечаешь когда процедура началась, и когда закончилась. Синяк минимальный. Единственное с чем столкнулась- девушки не знали об акции «счастливых часов», которая была на сайте. Звонили в головной офис, уточнили, что есть и сделали в итоге скидку.

Уже не раз пользуюсь услугами Инвитро, несколько раз делала Узи. Очень внимательная девушка делает Узи, все подробно объясняет. На ресепшн тоже замечательный админ. Да и кровь сдавала там же : все аккуратно, безболезненно, без синяков.

Приезжала сюда делать УЗИ. Осталась довольна. Посмотрели очень внимательно, подробно рассказали о результатах (я консультировалась у врача, эта услуга бесплатная). На прием пришла без записи, а приняли практически сразу, очень удобно.
