Я хочу воспользоваться этим моментом, чтобы поблагодарить клинику Инвитро за то, что в последнюю минуту мы с сыном были приняты на прививку от желтой лихорадки. Визит прошел очень профессионально и огромное спасибо доктору Ланской Илоне Алексеевне за ее замечательную заботу и внимание ко мне и моему сыну. Она очень внимательный доктор, и я очень рада, что в России есть такой врач. За 19 лет, которые я провел в России, у меня не было ни одного врача, который бы звонил или писал, чтобы проверить состояние своих пациентов. Это был очень приятный жест со стороны доктора Илоны Алексеевны. Еще раз спасибо. Р. The visit was very professional and many thanks to Doctor Ilona Alekseevna Lansskaya, for her wonderful care and attention to my son and I . She is a very caring Doctor and I am very glad there is such a doctor in Russia. In 19 years, I spent in Russia, i never had one doctor who does a follow-up calls or write to check on their patients. Заказала анализ на сайте, выбрала этот офис. Пришла в субботу и что мне отвечают ? " приходите в понедельник, врача нет". Какой смысл тогда работать в выходные если нельзя прийти и сдать анализы? При этом на сайте об этом не было ни слова, и мне никто также не перезванивал, чтобы уточнить дату, когда я планирую прийти или график работы. Клиентский сервис отвратительный

ИНВИТРО в Ново-Переделкино по адресу: Россия, Москва, Лукинская, 7.Была на приёме у гинеколога 18.11.2016 утром.Обошлись со мной ПРОСТО ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО! Гинеколог была крайне недружелюбна и отнюдь не осторожна. Мало того, что хамски себя вела, так осмотр провела очень болезненно. Довела до слёз.Я имени ее не запомнила, но думаю, что она сама всё поймёт.У меня всё.
