Стал самым ужасным офисом, когда работали русские женщины, было намного клиентоориентированнее. Сидят две дамы не славянской национальности, одна путает и обсчитывает людей и создает очередь , другая втыкает и ковыряется в ногтях. Пришли с младенцем, запись сделали заранее. Пришлось сначала ждать, пока обсчитают девушку перед нами, ее бедную три раза возвращали в офис. Третья дама Хасановна или как ее там, брать кровь не умеет совершенно, ребенка мучали минут 20, до заикания, испортила несколько пробирок крови, и это при том что кровь брали капиллярно. И это ПЛАТНАЯ клиника. Прикол какой то, не советую никому туда ходить. И вишенка на торте, анализы пришли не выполненные! Деньги кто возвращать будет??

Пришла с болеющим маленьким ребенком срочно сдать кровь. Администратор сказала ждать в живой очереди, хотя везде детей до года принимают без очереди. Перед тем как приехать, позвонила уточнить в какое время можно сдать кровь с пальца. Сказали, что до 9:00. Приехали в 8:30. Выяснилось, что кровь у нас могут взять только после 11:00. Я болеющего ребенка привезла зимой на анализ, предварительно уточнив информацию, в итоге нас послали. Спасибо за «чуткий» сервис и «доброе» отношение к детям!

На высоте. Говорят что результаты анализов готовят только в рабочие дни, а по факту еще в выходные и праздничные максимально быстро. Очень аккуратный врач, берущий из вены кровь. Через час и не следа нет от иголки.

Док нарушает моральную и профессиональную этику. Врач, как уролог некудышный, умеет делать только узи диагностику. За полугодичное лечение — результата ноль, точный диагноз поставить не смог. Не рассматривает инфекции в организме, как возможную проблему в принципе. Делайте выводы сами.

В поликлинике напугали, сказали -опухоль. Очередь на узи на месяц вперед.Сделали узи молочных желез, мужчина доктор, очень понравилось, успокоил, всё объяснил, оказывается процесс доброкачественный. Лена
