Изначально мы были скептически настроены к риелторам. Но когда позвонила Елена, общение сразу сложилось. Умеет она найти подход к человеку) В общем Елена сказала что у неё есть клиент, который хочет посмотреть нашу квартиру, можно ли прийти? Мы сказали без проблем, приходите! В итоге люди днём посмотрели квартиру и уже вечером Елена сообщила нам, что они намерены внести залог. Для нас это было большим удивлением! Так быстро квартиру мы ещё не продавали)) Весь процесс сделки проходил легко. В приятном офисе Инвент. Под руководством грамотного юриста и других специалистов. Важно сказать, всё это сильно облегчило продажу. Всё-таки делать это самостоятельно можно, но энергозатратно. Мы не пожалели, что согласились на сотрудничество с Еленой, у которой оказалась не только лёгкая рука, но и позитивная энергетика :) Спасибо команде Инвент за оперативность и чёткость действий, а Елене Беда особенная благодарность за чуткое отношение и профессионализм 🙏

Покупал через них квартиру. Риэлтор панельный дом называла кирпичным и уменьшала возраст дома на 10 лет. Договаривались на одни условия, а после продавец с риэлтором меняли их 3 раза. Юрист риэлторской компании в открытую не стесняясь хамит и насмехается над клиентами.
