Лет 5 назад ездил от них, но после неприятного инциндента (поселили не в тот отель и категорией хуже чем оплачен) перестал. Стал ездить от конкурентов. Но изредка интересуюсь ценами (перед покупкой у их конкурентов) - и в этот раз озвучили приятную цену - но потом началась чехарда с неподтверждением отеля, возростанием цен - и так 2 раза. В итоге - махнул рукой и в итоге опять взял в другом проверенном месте... только время потерял тут!

Худшего оператора трудно найти. Летал в Турцию в сентябре 2019 в отель 5*. Эта была самая худшая поездка за всё время. Отельный гид сразу сказала , чтобы мы не обращались на ресепшн , а только к ней. В итоге мы попробовали обратиться к ней ( её зовут Алмаз), но ровным счётом не было сделано ничего. При повторном обращении , она сказала следующее: а что ты хотел , таких как ты много , а я одна. Экскурсии у меня не покупаешь , будут проблемы с отдыхом. Вот так вот. И кстати при обратном трансфере в аэропорт нас погрузили в древнейшее корыто, которое громыхало и скрипело. Кондиционер не работал , а водила при этом курил и трепался по телефону. Попутно заехали в какой-то другой отель , откуда он отказался уезжать. Самый отвратительный оператор.
