Никогда не писал плохих отзывов, но тут просто вывели. Такое ощущение что набрали людей по объявлению в газете. Совершенно не хотят работать. Не компитентные. Сотрудники обсолютные пофигисты. Зачем вообще набирать таких "работничков". Забронировали тур и оплатили через расчетный счет, в пятницу в 3 часа дня по московскому, деньги ушли сразу, вылет в воскресенье. Сразу скинули на почту платёжку в электронном виде с подписью банка, на что нам ответили: "Наша компания не работает с копиями п/п Ждем оплату по заявке. Безнальные переводы происходят 1-2 дня Разнос д/с с 10-00 до 12-00 и с 15-30 до 16-30 в рабочие дни" Нам заявили что деньги поступят только в понедельник и в восересенье вы ни куда не полетите, оплачивайте другим способом. Я извиняюсь вы что не знаете что такое электронная подпись в pdf файле? Почему сотрудники других туроператоров знают и вопросов к ним нет. А у вас похоже банк через голубиную почту работает раз до него полатеж не пришёл за 6 часов с момента оплаты? Или это Ваша клиентооринтированность? Или ваши бухгалтера не могли разнести полатеж по какой-то причине? В итоге пришлось оплачивать еще раз по карте. Теперь нужно возврашать деньги обратно на р/с. Одни проблемы. Не хотите работать, закройтесь.

Очень хорошее агенство, если ты примерно представляешь что тебе надо, то подберут хороший отдых
