Крайне НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ данную организации!!! Разработчиков "кидают" на деньги. Заказы выполняют кое-как, быстрей-быстрей! Нет сложившейся команды. Все сотрудники - вновь прибывшие, большая "текучка". Тестировщиков нет вообще. Всем пострадавшим рекомендую обращаться в трудовую инспекцию и прокуратуру. P.S Смешно читать, что руководитель данной "организации" ждет благодарность за не выплаченную зарплату))) Из его ответа видно, что он не знает ни русского языка, ни географии, ни законодательства)))

Уважаемый Денис Сергеевич, вот значит какая ваша украинская благодарность, за то что приняли вас на испытательный срок, предоставили на 3 недели корпоративную квартиру, как беженцу с Донбасса, выплатили аванс. Более того, пытались обучить вас современным технологиям веб-программирования. Но за эти 3 недели, вы показали себя, к сожалению, как никчёмный программист и лентяй. Именно поэтому вы были отстранены от работы. Ни одни из двух проектов, над которыми вы пытались работать, не был реализован даже наполовину. Причём, куча ошибок и недочётов, которые не должен допускать даже начинающий программист, явно показали, что в веб-разработке вам делать нечего. Жаль потраченного времени и нервов. Слава Богу, в нашей компании работает давно сложившийся коллектив. Вы, по причине природной лени, в него не вписались. Тем не менее, аванс и проживание в корпоративной квартире с лихвой покрыли все ваши потуги стать программистом. Никакого выходного пособия на испытательном сроке не предусмотрено российским законодательством. Если вам это не нравиться, вы всегда можете вернуться на украину, где даже климат теплее, чем в России, по вашим словам.
