Жуткая компания, на горячей линии одни хамы, которые бросают трубки, на письма не отвечают. 4 марта 2020 г. приобрела 6 билетов на мероприятие «Дон Жуан. Нерассказанная история» за 16 800 рублей. Билеты были приобретены на сайте Театриума на Серпуховке. 17 марта 2020 г. обратилась в компанию Интикетс первый раз с просьбой вернуть денежные средства в связи с переносом мероприятия на 5 июня 2020 г., поскольку эта дата меня не устраивала. Позвонила сначала по телефону, потом написала обращение на электронную почту. Реакции не было. 30 марта 2020 г. опять звонила и писала, ответа от данной компании так и не поступило. Сегодня попыталась ещё раз выяснить судьбу возврата билетов — по телефону опять было сказано о том, что мне необходимо дождаться информации от организатора мероприятия на электронную почту о начале возврата билетов на данное мероприятие. Связалась с организатором, который был неприятно удивлен тем, что я ему рассказала — оказывается ещё 17 марта 2020 г. от организатора в компанию Интикетс было направлено письмо о том, что данной компании надлежит начать производить возврат билетов в связи с переносом мероприятия на другую дату. А компания Интикетс продолжает врать своим клиентам и работать. Буду писать завления в Роспотребнадзор, в полицию и в прокуратуру, пусть их проверяют, а также иск в суд. Никогда не связывайтесь с данной компанией! Дата оказания услуги 4 марта 2020 г. куплены билеты на мероприятие «Дон Жуан. Нерассказанная история», которое изначально должно было пройти 8 апреля 2020 г. в Театриуме на Серпуховке, а потом было пенересено на 5 июня 2020 г. Описание специалиста Сегодня, 8 мая 2020 г., девушка, которая общалась по телефону службы поддержки и несколько раз бросила трубку, представилась как Елена.
