Добрый день. Я как и все попалась на удочку и купила билеты и подарок на представление » заводной мальчик»! В итоге- ни представления, ни денег, ни подарка. Досудебная претензия выслана Интикетс, жду 7 дней и направляю иск в суд. Именно на Интикетс, так как они в первую очередь должны уточнять будет шоу или нет. Но, как я посмотрела в отзывах, Интикетс сотрудничает исключительно с ИП, представления которых систематически отменяются. Знают и берут денежные средства. Стыдно наживаться на детях ! – показать

26 сентября 2018 года мной было приобретено 8 билетов и 1 купон на подарок в цирк Пиллигримм. Все представления отменились. Соответственно, единственное, что в этом случае я ждала, как порядочный покупатель, возврата моих кровно заработанных. В итоге, 21 декабря, после уверения компании Интикетс о том, что они своей репутацией дорожат и без проблем вернут деньги, даже указали сроки! Я написала три заявления, по номерам заказа. И стала ждать, т.к. компания дорожит своей репутацией. И подвоха быть не должно. Вчера на электронную почту они прислали письмо, что никаких обязательств они больше не имеют, все претензии к ИП Руденко. Уважаемые зрители! Знайте, что пользуясь услугами данной компании, будьте готовы, что в случае отмены, своих денег Вы не увидите! – показать

Я автор отзыва выше и его дополнения. Сегодня 18 ноября, денег нет. Но нам прислали (не интикет, а бывший организатор представления), в подарок, 8 билетов на представления цирка танцующих фонтанов. Обещая скорый возврат денег. 4 билета мы уже использовали, нам всё понравилось. Ещё 4 билета ждут новогоднего представления.
