Очень долгое ожидание заказанных деталей. Почти 2 месяца, вместо обещанных 2 недель. И когда пришёл за возвратом денег, мне выдают мои заказы. Как выяснилось они почти неделю лежали уже в магазине, никто не позвонил даже.

Искал тормозные колодки. Нашёл через фарпост, стоимость 681 рублей, в наличии. Зашёл на их интернет-сайт, посмотрел по базе - в наличии, действительно, 681 рубль цена. Перезвонил им (это же Хабаровск - тут то что написано на сайте (в наличии) далеко не всегда означает, что это действительно так). Подтвердили наличие. Через полчаса приехал к ним за колодками - говорю артикул, протягиваю пластиковую карту, чтобы расплатиться - ан нет, неуспех, оказывается у них только нал (в то время как на дворе уже 2018 год и даже шаурму в киосках на улице можно картой оплачивать). И стоимость не 681 рубль, а 700 рублей. Спрашиваю, как так, ведь на фарпосте и у них на сайте 681 рубль, притом что на том же фарпосте НИ СЛОВА не сказано о том, что цены на самом деле могут быть совсем другими. Ладно, спустился на 1 этаж, снял с банкомата нал, забрал колодки в итоге. Суть в чём: 1) обязательно поставьте терминал для оплаты банковскими картами 2) ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАЙТЕ людей - на фарпосте, у себя в магазине (не на словах, а на информационном стенде), у себя на сайте, что цены, вами обозначенные, при посещении магазина не обязательно будут такими же. Прошу руководителя магазина обратить внимание на эти вещи. Да, ассортимент есть, цены иной раз ниже чем у конкурентов. Однако есть над чем поработать.
