Через день после получения заказа с часами я решил вернуть товар, поскольку не понравилось, как часы выглядели на руке. Часы надел, снял - не носил. Все бирки, упаковку и первоначальный вид сохранены. Заполнил письмо и отправил курьером продавцу. Срок рассмотрения претензии с возвратом должен был быть 10 дней. По истечении этого времени со мной никто не связался. Более чем через 20 дней звоню сам (так как на сайте курьера видел, когда представителем продавца был получен товар), а продавец утверждает, что товар не получал. Через некоторое время звонящий из магазина сказал, что возврат денег производить не будет, так как часы поношены (где они 2 недели у него валялись, одному продавцу известно). Я настоял на возврате, так как часы не использовал и вернул точно в том состоянии, в каком их получил. Тишина. Пишу письмо, через несколько дней сообщили, что вернут деньги. По истечении 2х недель после этого сообщения деньги не вернули, мои письменные запросы по электронке игнорируют. Намерен обращаться в суд. Не рекомендую эту компанию.

Ну так может ты и в суд курьера пошлешь, а потом будешь возникать, почему дело не рассматривают?
