Моя жизнь сложилась так, что мне не пришлось работать в офисе продаж компании Биллайн, и я не узнала порядок сдачи оборудования. Так что пришла как обычный человек из числа миллионов людей, неосведомленных в данном вопросе ))) сотрудник Джемма встретила меня абсолютно хамским тоном. Не разбираясь в вопросе, не меняя тона, попыталась выпроводить. Благо в свои годы это не первый "сотрудник" с подобным отношением, который мне встретился. После словестной перепалки меня обслужила другая девушка. Компетентная. Вопрос решили. Я приходила отказываться от услуг. Ни разу не пожалела. Биллайн, вот такие как ваш сотрудник с хамским тоном- это ваша репутация, ваше лицо. Оставьте его себе. Лично я надеюсь больше с вами не встретиться. Благо есть другие операторы, с которыми уже не первый год вместе. Качество обслуживания на порядок выше!

Быстрая работа с клиентами. Чтобы встать в очередь необходимо взять талон на нужную услугу. Точно также, как и в Сбербанке. Очень удобно.

Ужасное место! Пришел расторгнуть договор (старый номер билайн) и купить новую симку билайна - продавец нарывался на конфликт, грубо разговаривал " а че то не устроило, че не так" , смотрел пристально в глаза и провоцировал . Не рекомендую это место и этого продавца. На руке татуировка зовут Слава.

Пришел перейти на Билайн 23 февраля спрашиваю у сотрудника по имени Слава с татуировкой на руке нужно назвать номер заказа на что он грубо отвечает вообще то работаю! Затем когда зашла к нему девушка с ней долго беседовал и отвлекался от работы! Работает хамло! Руковидель у них из слов другого сотрудника находится в отпуске.
