Качественные товары, достойные цены! После получения денег, клиент не нужен. Товар упакован абы как. Часть елочных шаров разбиты. На письма не отвечают. Жаль собственников! Сотрудники скоро всё загубят!

Здравствуйте! О проблеме мы узнали только из вашего сообщения на этом сайте. Подскажите, вы писали письма на почту info@eli.ru, или на какую-то другую? На нашей основной почте писем от вас нет, специально проверили по всем входящим папкам, включая спам. По поводу шаров - судя по фото, посылку при доставке придавили сверху тяжелым грузом. К сожалению, иногда такое происходит, но в таких случаях мы всегда компенсируем клиенту стоимость битого товара, хоть в его порче и виноват перевозчик, а не магазин. С вами сегодня свяжутся наши менеджеры, уточнят точное количество побитых шариков и компенсируют их стоимость. Будем рады вам помочь в решении спорной ситуации!

Большое спасибо! Все поврежденные при транспортировке шары заменили новыми! Отправили транспортной компанией - абсолютно бесплатно!

Искали сыну на выпускной сад карнавальный костюм кота в сапогах и чуть не сошли с ума))) в аренду нереально дорого + залог, в детских магазинах у дома нигде не было... подруга посоветовала этот магазин и чудо! Оказался 1 костюм, который нас оказался мал... мы очень расстроились -деньги выброшены впустую, костюма нет, завтра выпускной... написала менеджеру магазина на почту без надежды на что то... но мне ответили почти сразу и предлодиди поменять на размер побольше! Собрались, приехали и все поменяли на нужный размер))) правда брюки чуть спадали, мальчик у меня худенький)) но мы решили этот вопрос)))
