Ребята! Бегите подальше от этого магазина!!! Заказали душ.кабинку для дачи, не дешевую...., получали без вскрытия упаковок по просьбе водителя... пошли намвстречу..... но оказалось, что зря! Т.к. привезли часть деталей!!! Выяснилось, что нет 1 стенки (главной с гидромассажем) и крыши!!! к кабинке шла инструкция от другой модели.... понять чего еще не хватает в данной кабинке из комплектации-не возможно..... с учетом, что мы за городом, сюда везти недопоставленные части отказались, пришлось приезжать в Москву, т.к. часть нашего заказа стоит у них на складе.....забрали недопоставку... упаковка этих деталей.. просто из серии "заверни сам".... но и это еще не все.... при сборке обнаружилось, что еще как минимум 2х важных агрегатов не хватает!!! Возврат 2.5 тысячи..... т.е. они получили деньги, привезли ХЛАМ не пойми какой не пойми в какой упаковке, а когда ты понимаешь, что и это не все, нет части деталей, требуешь возврата денег и забрать непонятный товар.... ты еще должен им заплатить 2.5 тр.....???? БЕ ГИ ТЕ!!! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ МАГАЗИН!!!

Отвратительный магазин. Лояльности к клиентам ноль. Менеджеры как заказ в работу, так сама любезность, как проблема — так сразу хамло. Привезли заказанный холодильник в 22 часа. Водитель спешил еще на два заказа, коробку не открыл проверить. Как открыл — увидел царапину на лицевой панели. Написал заявление с объяснениями — ответ достаточно быстрый получил : подписались в акте — ваши проблемы. Надеюсь, что хлопнутся с таким подходом или засудят в конце-концов. Да и поделом будет.
