Заказала в подарок мужу кроссовки, но прогадала буквально на размер. Позвонила в магазин, менеджер сказал мне, что сейчас нужного мне размера нет, будет в конце января. Но оформила на сайте заявление на возврат, на всякий случай, чтобы в срок уложиться. Звонила три раза на протяжение всего месяца — то же самое говорит. В итоге, когда я заговорила о возврате денег и роспотребнадзоре — мой номер в черном списке. Звонила я и с других номеров. Как только менеджер узнавал кто это, сразу бросал трубку и номер снова в ЧС. По качеству сказать не могу, вроде бы неплохие кроссовки. Чеки не выдают, коробки все рваные – показать
