Заказала аквариум Hailea 55 литров с фильтром и встроеным светильником. Привезли всё в срок. По глупости, не проверила работу светильника при курьере. При включении-не загорелась лампа. Пришлось вскрывать крышку и немного пошевелить лампу. Списала это на "так всегда бывает". Через месяц лампа при включении перегорела. Нужной лампы при заказе не оказалось, пришлось ждать месяц до поступления товара. Когда лампа появилась, оказалось, что курьер выезжает в наш район раз в неделю. В назначенный день никто не отзвонился по доставке. Позвонила сама-оператор сказала, что возникли трудности и странно, что никто не перезвонил.Следующая доставка через неделю. Когда же лампу привезли-лампа оказалась не та!!!На сайте фотографии только одной модели лампы определенного призводителя, даже не пишут, что товар в ассортименте.Позвонила оператору, проконсультироваться о лампе и переговорить о возврате лампы. Оператор пошла на склад, проконсультировалась там и назвала актикуль лампы. Лампа была абсолютно не такая как мне нужна, через мастера, выяснили, что бывают разные лампы, а это просто одна фотография другой лампы. Никто не отзванивается по отмене доставки. Нашла аналог данной фирменной лампы в магазине. Купила-не горит. Купила ещё 2-не горят. Звоню в интернет-магазин, сообщаю, что хочу воспользоваться гарантией (на сайте указано 12 месяцев на электрооборудование) на сам светильник, а не лампы. На что мне отвечают, что гарантия на светильник не распространяется. Предлагают приобрести фирменную лампу в счет воврата предыдущей. Но я жду уже 2 недели, когда курьер соизволит доехать. И опять назначают дату доставки и не отзваниваются об отмене. За границей бы уже давно уволили таких работников! А наш русский менталитет всё позволяет и всё терпит.
