Заказывал зонтик полуавтомат АУДИ. за 2600 пришло китайское с плохой печатью рисунка. плохой отделкой и хлипкой конструкцией. Цена ему 300 рублей.

Добрый день. Ранее не возникало никаких проблем, зонты качественные, эмблема нанесена ровно. Характеристики «плохая отделка и хлипкий» слишком абстрактное понятие для товара. Это ваш субъективный взгляд. товары тщательно проверяются перед отправкой. Если этот зонт действительно был куплен у нас, в течение 14 дней с момента получения товара вы можете вернуть его нам и мы возместим его стоимость. с уважением.

Обвел красным. Это мусор под краской. Предлагаете еще 2 раза заплатить за транспортную по 500 рублей за каждый раз? К тому же забрал я его не сразу и распечатал также позже. но когда увидел что купил был разочарован в вашем магазине.

Вы могли сразу обратиться в магазин чтобы решить этот вопрос вне зависимости от того, когда забрали заказ. Мы всегда с пониманием относимся даже к недовольным клиентам и находим компромиссы.. Данный дефект не является существенным для копии. Нам жаль, что у вас осталось такое впечатление о нас.
