12 декабря 2013 оплатила в безналичном порядке заказала телефон. Доставка была обещана 13 декабря (сообщением на эл. почту) с 19 до 23 часов. Сегодня уже 16 декабря - телефон до сих пор мне не доставлен. Кроме того, до настоящего момента мне из компании ни разу никто не позвонил. Звонила только я. 13 декабря после моего звонка со слов оператора мне сказали, что мой телефон передан в транспортную компанию, ждите звонка. Звонка от транспортной компании разумеется не было. 14 декабря также ничего не происходило. 15 декабря (после моего звонка в N-Store) меня заверили, что отправят мне СМС с номером телефона курьера у которого мой телефон. СМС я не получила. Что дальше делать, сложно представить. Чтобы вернуть свои деньги (со слов компании) нужно писать заявление на возврат и вернут в течении 5 рабочих дней. Если хотите получить неприятности за свои собственные деньги - обращайтесь в N-Store!!!
