Заказала в пятницу у них на сайте раскладушку. Заказ был подтвержден по телефону менеджером. Мне было важно, что у них доставка 7 дней в неделю, договорились с менеджером на воскресенье, до 14 ч. В воскресенье — ни звонка, ни письма, заказ никто не привез. В понедельник звонок от курьера, он-де может привезти заказ до шести часов. На мои слова, что после четырех я его ждать не могу, начинает обижаться, мол, я не хочу войти в его положение. На мое предложение позвонить его начальству и обговорить с ним график доставки отвечает, что «начальство на меня никак не повлияет». Ну т. е. сроки доставки сорваны ими, но почему-то я должна вникать в их проблемы и ждать, сколько им будет угодно. Пыталась дозвониться по контактным телефонам весь день — никто не отвечает. На сайте написано, что звонки принимаются с 10 до 22 ч, но по итогам там просто запись голосовых сообщений, трубку никто не берет, через мессенджер на сайте тоже никто не отвечает. За весь день со мной никто так и не связался. В 15.30 приехал таки курьер, взял с меня дополнительно 100 р. за подъем раскладушки на этаж, хотя при заказе доставки об этом ни слова не было. – показать
