Сервис полный отстой Сдал дрель в ремонт 04.12.19 сказали надо менять якорь.Ждал две недели тишина приехал сам сказали еще подождать . Приехал 09.01.20 тоже самое.Хотел забрать дрель мне ее вынесли в коробке картонной всю разобранною всю грязную от смазки.После долгова разговора собрали только дрель перестала пол ностью работать .хотя когда сдавал в ремонт оно работала надо было крутануть патрон. Позвал приемщика сказал что она раньше работала надо только крутануть патрон на что он сказал что не помнит . Сервис нулевой не тратте время и нервы

простите, но какими надо быть криворукими раздолбаями, что бы переобжимать провод старой заводской гильзой кусачками? или это специально, что бы прибор сломался через неделю? на фото - это я голыми руками снял гильзы с проводов, курочили ремонтники СЦ. заводской, естественно, обжат нормально и с провода хрен снимешь. Кстати, ремонт вырос на 500 рублей за "и там проводку немножко надо"

Ремонтировал инструмент несколько раз, делают нормально, но после диагностики, перед тем как дать добро на ремонт обязательно оговаривайте окончательную сумму. И еще не принимают оплату картой, - только наличные, хорошо хоть сбербанк находится в этом же доме.

А у меня шурик ИНТЕРСКОЛ-18 v. Сломалась зарядка. Пришёл в мастерскую никого, постоял 2—3 минуты, где-то разговаривают. Позвал -ребята есть кто свободные- выглянул один «мастер» и грубо так -что у вас? Я показал зарядку. Так он метров с четырёх,опять грубо(даже не подошёл) ответил:- Нет не делаем. Вот и обращайся к таким? Стоит ли????

У меня,шурик Метабо.Везде приговаривали на замену редуктора а он,почти пятёру стоит.А на Судакова д17,за 500 рублей,что то там поковырял в редукторе.И ВСЕ!!! Работает как часики.Рекомендую!
