Достоинства: Пока делал заказ, связь была стремительной, пока не перевел деньги Недостатки: Теперь на телефон не отвечают, на электронную почту не отвечают, статус заказа кроме того, что обработан (т.е. деньги получили) не меняется. Пароль для просмотра заказа неизвестно куда вставить.Продолжать не хочется.... Совершенно аналогично! После оплаты товара на звонки не отвечают, сбрасывают их, на письма не отвечают. СДЭК- доставка тоже недоступна.

Достоинства: нет от слова совсем Недостатки: Товар не доставили, на требование вернуть деньги трубки не берут Комментарий: Сделал заказ 28.03.2020, с доставкой в Санкт-Петербург. Оплатил онлайн (и вот это была моя самая главная ошибка, я понадеялся на то, что среди 14 тыс. отзывов о магазине есть хоть малая часть правдивых). 31.03 пришла информация о том, что товар отгружен транспортной компании СТРИЖ. С 31.03 до 04.04 статус заказа не меняется. Звоню в СТРИЖ — глухо, не берут трубку. Звоню в KomfortBT, дозваниваюсь с 4-го (!) раза. Менеджер кроме того, что товар отгружен 31.03 ничего больше сообщить не может, связаться с их транспортной компанией не может. Прошу вернуть деньги — кидает трубку. ВСЕ! Далее на звонки 30 минут слушаю музыку в режиме ожидания — перестали брать трубку! Дата оказания услуги: 04.04.2020 Описание специалиста: менеджеры потелефону – показать
