Потеря времени. Привезли не ту плитку, и обвинили, что это мы виноваты. Никакого сервиса. Ленивые менеджеры. В общем - конченая контора. Не советую даже звонить им.

Добрый день! К сожалению из Вашего отзыва не можем понять номер заказа. Мы всегда свои ошибки исправляем. Если Вам привезли не ту плитку или битую, то за наш счет мы всегда привезем второй раз. Но у нас есть требование, чтобы этот факт был зафиксирован в момент приемки т.к. обязанность покупателя осмотреть и принять товар. Если мы привезли не то, то автомобиль уедет с Вашим товаром на склад и привезет, что нужно. Если же спустя некоторое время это обнаруживается, то опять же мы не отказываемся от обязательств и привезем Вам нужный товар, но у нас возникают дополнительные транспортные расходы из-за того, что плохо приняли товар. Здесь ошибка солидарна и ответственность должна быть также солидарна. На 100% уверен, что мы Вам обменяли товар на верный.
