Заказывал кровать с матрасом. Доволен общением с менеджером, исполнительностью и сроками доставки. Менеджер не навязчивый, не пытается продать что подороже, не рекомендует настойчиво дополнительные товары. Заказ выполнили в нужные сроки, перед приездом курьер позвонил за несколько часов и договорился со мной на точное время. Как матрас так и кровать без изъянов, брака и других нюансов.

Заказывал матрас средней жесткости в этом интернет-магазине. Размер подошел, по жесткости оказался более мягким, чем я себе представлял. Менять я не стал, так как для меня не критично. Насчет обслуживания - менеджеры компетентные в вопросах, которые касаются обслуживания клиентов, разбираются в ассортименте магазина. Мой заказ привез курьер с грузчиком, тоже очень вежливый.
