Груз отправили с большим опозданием, впоследствии выяснилось, что они забыли ПРА положить, досылали отдельно. Примерно через месяц 3 устройства вышли из строя — перестали светить. Предварительно созвонившись с менеджером Филипповой Н.В. было принято решение, что мы возвращаем по гарантии товар и они делают замену. Однако когда курьер службы доставки был готов доставить груз, Филиппова отказалсь его принимать, аргументировав тем, что не знала что это за доставка. После нашего разговора было приня то решение о замене продкции без экспертизы.В течение месяца от данной компании не было никаких действий по замене ПРА, ни менеджер, ни генеральный директор не реагировали на официальные письма. Далее Филиппова ушла в отпуск, никого ни о чем не предупредила и не передала дела. Итак ПРА валяются на терминале уже 2 месяца, а менеджер ничего не предпринимает! Нами было написано 4 письма на имя руководителя, который упорно прячется, и в ходе нашего общения с менеджерами, кажется лицом вымышленным! Директора в этой компании не существует, телефон его не дают, не соединяют и почту тоже не дают, секретаря там тоже нет. Никакой информации о директоре в компании не существует. В ходе разговора с менеджером Филипповой, которая изворачивается, грубит и бросает трубки, решения не найдено! И дело вовсе не в стоимости ПРА, а в том что компания очень сомнительная, и если вы не хотите ударить в грязь лицом перед своим Заказчиком, не связывайтесь с фирмой Гигалайт. – показать
