По договору от 29 августа 2018 № 233Н приобретен каминокомплект Милетта с очагом Панорамик 28 в интернет-магазине grand-kamin.ru. Во-первых, по диагонали очаг не походит для данного портала, не встает. Во-вторых,при покупке товара НЕ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕН ни кассовый, ни товарный ЧЕК, ни ГАРАНТИЙНЫЕ ТАЛОНЫ ни на портал, на на очаг. Требования о предоставлении документов игнорируются магазином. На сайте обман -только предоплата,оплаты при получении нет (по крайней мере, на данный момент). Деньги просят пер ечислить на личную банковскую карту директора Романова В.В. Причем, потом приходится самой звонить и требовать подтверждения получения,удивляются, не знают о перечислении. Менеджеры точно не могут сказать стоимость доставки (доставка до СПб обошлась всего в 3500 руб., доставили за 3 дня).Очаг Панорамик 28 LED FX отвратительный. Чем больше в использовании (уже 3 месяца), тем громче слышится посторонний гул, перекрывающий даже звук ТВ(при отключенной функции потрескивания дров). Ни чека, ни гарантийного талона спустя 3 месяца после покупки так и не предоставлено. Читайте внимательно договор,особенно часть,касающуюся оплаты. Еле добилась с пятого-шестого раза, чтобы указали, что деньги перечисляются не на якобы банковский счет компании, а в реальности -на личную банковскую карту директора.Строят из себя непонимающих,что от них хотят, типа не могут правильно договор составить. Лучше не заказывайте «кота в мешке» без чеков и гарантийных талонов. Ничего не добьешься,даже вроде рядом, из СПБ. – показать
