Позвонила в агенство, чтобы уточнить делают букеты из пионов или нет, сказали да, когда приехала сказали пионы отходят и мы не делаем они не простоят. Я прислушалась к совету и сделала из тех роз как сказали! В итоге я заказывала один букет в красных тонах получился больше белый, ну ладно это может моя ошибка, ну больше всего расстроило я ленты заказывала одни и конкретно показала какого размера, мне отмерили линейкой размер чтобы оплатила должно было быть много лент и свисать, а в тоге три тоне нькие ленточки и не того цвета это ужас какой-то!!! Но самое главное бутоньерка начала вять уже через два часа, букет не дожил до ЗАГСа, люди не заказывайте, я очень расстроилась в загс пришлось идти с дублером из искусственных цветов! – показать

Валерия, доброго дня! Спасибо за обращение. Извините, это была ошибка нашего администратора, который не согласовал с флористом заранее отложенные для вас ленты. Мы очень внимательно относимся к свадебным заказам и стараемся не подводить в такие ответственные моменты. Еще раз, приношу извинения за невнимательность нашего администратора. И букет и бутоньерочку нужно было поставить на воду, чтобы они оставались свежими и дальше.
