Позвонила в агенство, чтобы уточнить делают букеты из пионов или нет, сказали да, когда приехала сказали пионы отходят и мы не делаем они не простоят. Я прислушалась к совету и сделала из тех роз как сказали! В итоге я заказывала один букет в красных тонах получился больше белый, ну ладно это может моя ошибка, ну больше всего расстроило я ленты заказывала одни и конкретно показала какого размера, мне отмерили линейкой размер чтобы оплатила должно было быть много лент и свисать, а в тоге три тоне нькие ленточки и не того цвета это ужас какой-то!!! Но самое главное бутоньерка начала вять уже через два часа, букет не дожил до ЗАГСа, люди не заказывайте, я очень расстроилась в загс пришлось идти с дублером из искусственных цветов! – показать

Добрый день!Валерия, нам очень жаль, что у Вас произошла такая ситуация с букетом.Но Вы, как заказчик, в нашей базе данных не значитесь и никаких претензий по подобному свадебному букету у нас не было.P.C. Мы не являемся свадебным агентством, мы — мастерская букетов.

Значусь, под именем Светлана доставка была на 10 сентября! Я ужасно недовольна особенно когда для меня важно было какие ленты вы все записали! И прям отмеряли длину Лёни чтобы я не оплатила а в итоге были другие! Букет и бутон НПП до загса не дожили! Если вы не уверены что ваши цветы доживут надо было так и сказать а не уверять что все будет хорошо и когда я звонила и спрашивала делаете ли вы букеты из пионов надо было так и сказать что у нас их почти нет!
