Не отвечают на письма по электронной почте. Зачем она им - непонятно. Писал несколько раз, хотел узнать стоимость доставки, так и не ответили.

Заказал ароматизаторы. Перезвонили, сказали, что доставят на следующий день. В итоге никто ничего не доставил и не перезвонил.Я сам перезвонил в магазин.2 номера -1 городской и 1 мобильный — выключены.Дозвонился на 2 мобильный. В итоге сказали, что заказ отменен и мне присылали уведомление на почту бросили трубку.на почте нет никаких уведомлений, трубку бросают только быдло.Не рекомендую.это не интернет магазин

Заказал наклейки на колпачки литых дисков. Мало того что в описании у них написано наклейки пластмассовые, а по факту бумажные, но думаю ладно, черт с ним, а когда начал клеять, выяснилось что у них и диаметр не совпадает, вместо заявленнного диаметра в 60мм, оказалось 63мм. Естественно я узнал об этом когда начала клеять, и испортил одну наклейку. Магазин не принял обратно 3 наклейки, якобы комплект, хотя их привезли в каком-то маленьком пакетике, то есть даже не упаковка.Мелочи, копейки, но не приятно. – показать

Здравствуйте Евгений, заказы принимаются на возврат в том виде, в котором вы его получили. Товар бывший в употреблении возврату не подлежит. В нашем магазине нет бумажных наклеек, есть силиконовые, пластиковые и металлические. В размере может присутствовать погрешность в 1—2 мм. Маленький пакетик — это упаковка под размер данного товара.
