Достоинства: Цена, обратная связь выбирал товар очень быстро заказывал через сайт доставки не было был самовывоз обращался в магазин с вопросами после покупки товара сотрудники были готовы помочь. Недостатки: не соответствие и отсутствие информции о том ВЫ получите Сотрудник учился на моем заказе что он продает Комментарий: после покупки товара сотрудники были готовы помочь но не смогли перекупщики, возврат не возможен

Здравствуйте! Вы заказали в нашем интернет-магазине отрезок кабеля СИП-4 4х16, который отсутствовал на нашем складе. Мы предложили заказать его и поставить специально для Вас, с чем Вы согласились. Был поставлен провод завода Людиновокабель, который соответствует ГОСТам. Но он не понравился вашему электрику только тем, что вместо цветовой маркировки на жилах была цифровая маркировка. Согласно ГОСТ 31946-2012 Провода самонесущие изолированные и защищенные для воздушных линий электропередачи. 5.2.7.2 Основные токопроводящие жилы самонесущих изолированных проводов должны иметь отличительное обозначение в виде продольно выпрессованных рельефных полос на изоляции или цифр 1, 2, 3, нанесенных тиснением или печатным способом. Таким образом, провод полностью соответствовал своим характеристикам. Завод отказался принимать назад этот отрезок кабеля т.к. кабельно-проводниковая продукция, как и и другие товары, отпускаемые на метраж не подлежат возврату и обмену (согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ от 19.01.1998 г. № 55) Очень жаль, что из-за некомпетентного электрика, у Вас сложилось негативное впечатление о нашем интернет-магазине. - Служба качества, ANT-ELECTRIC.RU
