Добрый день. К сожалению, даже 1 очень высокая отметка для магазина Otkutur! Отвратительно сделанный сайт, не возможно отследить движение своего заказа, т.к. даже после внесения предоплаты статус заказа оставался «не подтверждён». По фото не возможно определить определённые параметры вещи (насколько лёгкая или тёплая куртка), никаких пояснений относительно состава, ухода и температурного режима носки изделия. НО САМОЕ ГЛАВНОЕ в этом магазине работают ОТКРОВЕННЫЕ МОШЕННИКИ, нарушающие права покуп ателей! Заказала пуховик, заранее обговаривала с сотрудниками этого с позволения сказать магазина, то нужен ИМЕННО 46 российский размер. Привезли ЧЕРЕЗ 3 НЕДЕЛИ после заказа. Ну хорошо, скидка на новогодние праздники, Бог с ними. По глупости померяла куртку на лёгкую домашнюю кофту и выкупила, а когда одела свитер, поняла, что мне не комфортно -куртка маловата. Обратилась в отдел продаж, где мне несколько дней подряд просто дурили голову, что мех обомнётся и если бы куртка была мала, то просто не сошлась бы на мне, что не надо одевать тёплые свитера, что узнают о наличие следующего размера у поставщика. И что? Да ничего!!! МОШЕННИКИ дотянули до срока, когда по закону возврат вещи невозможен, блокировали аккаунт. Два слова по поводу «бутикового качества» — ЕГО НЕТ И В ПОМИНЕ. Сотрудники утверждали, что у производителя этой злосчастной куртки размер 2 (44) совершенно идентичен размеру 3 (46). Как такое может быть? Одно лекало на все размеры? Мех лезет, пух лезет, при ближайшей рассмотрении и нитки торчат и материал так себе. В общем это не «бутиковая вещь», это дрег с рынка за очень не маленькие деньги! Заплатив за этот шедевр $700 я понимаю. что эти МОШЕННИКИ НАВАРИЛИСЬ НА МНЕ КАК МИНИМУМ РАЗА 2. Берегите своё время и деньги, не связывайтесь с этим интернет-магазином.А я написала заявление в полицию и подала жалобу в общество по защите прав потребителей. Удачи всем. – показать
