Добрый день! Самая ужасная клиника . Во первых доктор не нашла подход к ребенку и ребенок не дался лечить зубки ( хотя раньше всегда все было хорошо ) , во вторых вечно у них слетает запись ( приходим а нам сообщают что запись была отменена ) ладно пережили , записались снова лечение под седацией. Прождали нашего приема три недели , всё ждала телефонного звонка , но увы не позвонили , и за час до приема сама позвонила что бы не получилось как в прошлый раз , а нам сказали - а вас перенесли с 10.30 на 9.00 🤔 ( время 9.30 ) предупредили бы хотя бы . Конечно извинились , но принять могут в другой день и снеслись на то что девочки неопытные , напутали что то . Ладно один раз , но на второй это уже закономерность . Не советую , подхода к своим клиентам ноль. Больше сюда не ногой 😡.

Добрый день, Ольга! На основании Вашего отзыва клиникой проведено внутреннее расследование. При записи Вашего ребенка ошибочно был указан неверный контактный номер телефона. На этот номер при записи в последующем приходили напоминания. Пациенты прием отменяли, т.к. не записывались. Запись, соответственно, сотрудники клиники снимали. С администраторами подробно разобран Ваш инцидент и приняты необходимые меры. Приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию. По результатам внутреннего расследования принято решение о предоставлении Вам индивидуальной скидки на следующее посещение. С уважением, МЦ «Интердентос»

Сделали крутой косметический ремонт, можно сказать редизайн) глаз радуется Анастасия Васильевна, спасибо за безболезненное и быстрое лечение, а также анестезиологу Дмитрию (не помню отчество), укол вообще не почувствовал
