У курьера был указан временной коридор, но он позвонил за 3 часа и стал фактически принуждать принять заказ раньше, мотивируя это тем, что он находится в 10 минутах, а потом ему дальше ехать далеко, а после временного коридора ему неудобно. В итоге предложил перенести доставку на другой день. Возможно это покажется несущественным, но на этот день были планы и из пришлось перенести из-за потенциальной доставки. Раньше принять не было возможности, т.к. были разъезды в другом конце Москвы и области (именно поэтому был выставлен временной коридор, который предложили сами менеджеры). Это очень неприятно и нет желания вообще принимать доставку после этого. Не стоит сообщать клиентам куда и как Вам потом ехать и что именно Вам удобно. Это не называется обслуживанием.
