Техподдержка у Intego работает на совесть. В сравнении с другими фирмами, торгующими у нас автоэлектроникой - серьезный плюс, на самом деле. Проблемы с регистратором решили быстро, прямо по телефону, всё объяснили, рассказали где на сайте скачивать новые прошивки, базы данных, как обновлять, никуда ехать не пришлось, все заработало, теперь сам обновляю по мере выхода новых прошивок.. В целом вообще понравилось, как работают. Ну и насчет корейской сборки все честно, на самом деле не Китай. Так что эту контору могу рекомендовать, все понравилось более чем.

А что конкретно брали, какие проблемы были? Интересно все-таки более подробное описание. Да и достоверности отзыву это прибавит. Тем более что сам сейчас выбираю регистратор. Нашел у Intego несколько интересных моделей. Дополнительная инфа от пользователя не помешала бы совсем.

Не совсем регистратор у меня, модель 3 в 1 с антирадаром и GPS. Intego Blaster, Начали мучать подвисания, а, поскольку покупал в другом городе по дороге, то в магазин неудобно было возвращать. Нашел контакты техподдержки, проблему описал - объяснили, как обновить прошивку с сайта, как раз тогда новая вышла. Обновил, как объяснили - все, теперь прекрасно работает, не жалуюсь.

То есть в целом устраивает по качеству? Просто не особо нуждаюсь в антирадаре. Думаю взять именно регистратор, железо в нем будет поинтереснее. Хотя как подстраховка в дороге вещь интересная. Ложных сработок много? А то на казенной машине, когда в Москву езжу, просто отключаю его. На каждом углу пищит, ездить невозможно.
