Хочу вырозить огромнейшее спасибо "ИНТАНТУ" за замену принтера HP Ink Tank Wireless 419, с первого дня данный принтер шепчит, по сравнению с тем что я купил в ДНС! Хорошо, что он был еще на гарантии!

Сдавал компьютер на чистку и установку деталей в центр. Детали установили, старые отдали, даже заметили что нету драйверов для Usb, после чего бесплатно их установили. Но, чистка, за которую я заплатил 500 рублей, не была выполнена должным образом. На корпусе и внутри - слой пыли. Также пыль нашёл на блоке питания. Почистили только видеокарту и вентиляторы на корпусе. Даже стекло не протёрли на крышке! Деньги впустую, можно сказать. К тому же - на деталях обнаружены некие дефекты: на вентилятор для ЦП - какая-то ржавчина, на материнской плате: царапины, а оперативную память поставили вообще не тут что надо! Внутри корпуса куча из проводов, даже не затянули хомутами! Теперь буду собирать компьютер только на дому, к ничему лишние переплаты. Сервисный центр Интант в г. Томск, спасибо, больше не вернусь. Не рекомендую данную контору.

В добавок термопасту на процессор не намазали! Могли бы и намазать. Пару секунд стоят одного процессора, теперь греется под 85 градусов.

Мы хотели бы разобраться в случившемся и, если работы выполнены некачественно, мы готовы их переделать, либо вернуть деньги, а так же компенсируем Вам затраты на дорогу до нас, чтобы привезти Ваш компьютер. Ржавчины или царапин на новом товаре быть не должно. Память должна быть установлена именно та, что Вы купили. Для того, чтобы все проверить, во всем разобраться и исправить Вам необходимо привезти компьютер в наш сервисный центр по адресу Вершинина 43-В.
