Из плюсов данного магазина это расширенный выбор от расходников до профессиональных узкопрофельных инструментов, а из минусов это ленивый персонал, которые толком объяснить и помочь в выборе товара не смогли, лишь говорили "что этот инструмент хороший" не приводя никаких фактов. В итоге пришлось выбирать самому пользуясь интернетом. Хотелось бы в таком богатом магазине видеть более профессиональных продавцов консультантов, а не залипающих в телефон людей жаждущих конца смены.

При покупке цепи на электропилу подобрали по шине. По звездочке не садилась, звезды под мою пилу не оказалось. Отказались вернуть деньги, хотя при продаже пяткой в грудь били, что обмен и возврат возможен, если вернуть в товарном виде. Цепь и упаковка в идеальном состоянии. Регулярно приобретал тут инструмент и расходники, в дальнейшем не планирую. В каскаде в этом плане все проще и профессиональней, работают на клиента, а не на выручку.
