Отвратительное место, очень сложно написать жалобу, заходишь на сайт, делай все, но жалобу написать невозможно! Но знайте я ее напишу! Это недопустимое отношение к гражданам в такое время! Все узнают про вас!

Я не хожу по налоговым, отчетность сдаю через ТКС, через которое прилетело письмо от Шайжанова К. А., подписанное советником государственной службы РФ 2 класса М.С. Русановым с информацией, что организация должна, и если не заплатит, то приостановят операции по счетам, направят постановление в ФСПП, разместят инфу в открытых источников. Директор схватился за голову от такой страшилки. Запросила справку из ИФНС, долгов нет. Звоню туда, а мне говорит мужчина, что это прикол у них такой, дали техзадание на рассылку, вот и полетели письма о несуществующих долгах. а я уже во вторую сотню вхожу, кто им позвонил. И поучает еще, что все звонящие такие недалекие, надо было обратить внимание, что статьи НК РФ в письме нет, за что именно должны тоже не указано, следовательно можно было не обращать на это письмо никакого внимания и не беспокоить своим звонком сотрудников ИФНС №31. Хорошо, что сумму небольшую указали и дозвониться получилось, а то от таких коллекторских приколов и инфаркт можно получить.
