Здравствуйте! Хотелось бы сказать свое мнение об этой фирме. Наши партнеры обратились к фирме "Инквин" около 3 месяцев назад с просьбой отправить нам материалы для широкоформатной печати, заказали в главном офисе. Специально позвонили в ближайший филиал и узнали, все ли будет нормально с пленкой в процессе транспортировки, на что получили утвердительный ответ-"да, все будет отлично!". Но когда пленка пришла, стало ясно, что она бракованная. Попросил вернуть деньги, ответили, что нужно отправить им пленку и они произведут возврат. К сожалению, после отправки им пленки, начали просить кучу документов. Все предоставили, но никто так и не вернул деньги. Ужасная фирма, не советую ничего брать

Была крайне пренеприятно удивлена наплевательским отношением к клиентам компании ООО «ИНКВИН». Не обращайтесь никогда в их компанию, хотя это ООО и позиционирует себя, как ведущая компания, но на самом деле это настоящие непрофессионалы, у которых никто ничего не знает и никто ни за что не отвечает. Выполненная работа компании - настоящая халтура, без соблюдения ГОСТа. И как вы понимаете, что когда пришло время отвечать за их результат, то никакого конкретного ответа от их руководства получить не удалось. На все звонки в офис лишь получаешь ответ, что ваш вопрос находится на рассмотрении и решается. Таким образом, все это длится уже на протяжении месяца, а возвращения денег, потраченных на некачественную продукцию, так и не было произведено. Отношение к клиентам крайне отвратительное и непорядочное, поэтому крайне не советовала бы никому столкнуться с компанией ООО «ИНКВИН».

Данная компания не умеет вести дела с клиентом. Не возвращает деньги за бракованный товар моему партнеру. Не советую сотрудничать с фирмой - лохотроном.
