Столкнулась с этой компанией, когда попала в ДТП не по своей вине, возмещали по ОСАГО. Впечатление осталось хорошее. Честно, быстро, справедливо.

А вот нам пришлось после ДТП потерять не мало здоровья и сил, высняя и доказывая, что мы ждем от них помощи , а не палки в колеса. Работают там нечестные и непорядочные люди, например Солнцев А.А., говорит одно, а делает другое, если таких большинсво, нужно лишить эту компанию лицензии, у нас после ДТП не жизнь , а мука,жалеем очень, что столько лет "жружили" именно с этой команией. Люди,услыште нас и проходите мимо ИНГОССТРАХА.

Кратко - платит. Всегда. Недешево, я бы сказал - дорого, но прекрасно работают по возмещениям, просто без претензий.

Хорошая компания, проблем с ремонтом нет. Но если была «подстава» помощи с разбором ситуации ждать не стоит. Хотя сами признают что отсудить можно. Им проще оплатить ремонт и в следующем году страховка у Вас только с франшизой.
